What’s Mommy’s Secret? It's where the smart mommies shop!  Your children will look like you spent a bundle on their wardrobes but only you will know the “Secret!.” My Mommy’s Secret is an upscale children’s & maternity boutique carrying new and previously loved merchandise for Boys & Girls size Newborn to Teen.  

My Mommy's Secret carries an amazing selection of designer samples at fabulously frugal prices and previously loved children’s and maternity clothing, toys and equipment that is clean and in excellent condition, gifts, handmade items, “Mommy recommended” products that we have tested personally and much more!! 

If we wouldn’t use it or put our children in it– we won’t sell it to you! Our store is posh, has a bathroom with a stocked changing table, private changing room, and a children’s play area so Mommy can shop in peace!

Sat. 10 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Closed Sunday & Monday 
Hours by appointment are always available anytime. 

My Mommy's Secret is located in East Wilmette nestled amongst the historic cobblestone streets and some of the Northshore's finest homes. We are surrounded by a community of lovely shopping in all price ranges, family friendly dinning for lunch or dinner and are minutes from the beautiful beaches of Lake Michigan.  Make a day of it in Wilmette!
